SB Check/ Write

Click [Write SB] of ActuatorCheckerSAM.

The present F8 focus-shift is displayed in reverse.

When the reverse-displayed value satisfies the value of F8 focus-shift which is measured in "4-6-1. Focus-shift (Aperture (Amount of

spherical aberration)) Check", OK appears. Then, press the Enter key to return to the initial menu.

If the value does not satisfy, click the button containing the range of the value of the focus-shift which is measured in "4-6-1. Focus-

shift (Aperture (Amount of spherical aberration)) Check". And then, press the Enter key to write.

When the inspection normally finishes, OK appears. Then, press the Enter key to return to the initial menu.
