No sound from all channels.
No sound from some channels.
No sound from Subwoofer.
VISO TWO does not respond to HTR 6
remote control.
VISO TWO does not respond to front panel
commands or remote control.
The POWER is ON, but the internal DVD
player does not work.
No picture.
The playback picture is poor.
The internal DVD player does not start
playback.
Parental Control cannot be changed.

poSSible cauSeS
AC power unplugged.
Power not switched on.
Outlet has no power.
Faulty/missing cables.
Speaker connections faulty.
"Speaker Settings" channel (s) set to "Off".
Subwoofer is off, not powered or improperly
connected.
Sub level set too low.
Batteries are flat or incorrectly inserted.
IR transmitter window on remote or IR receiver
window on VISO TWO is obstructed.
VISO TWO front panel is in very bright sunlight
or ambient light.
Microprocessor error.
VISO TWO may have over heated.
No disc is inserted.
The TV is not set to receive video signal.
The video cable is not connected securely.
The connected TV power is turned off.
HDMI connector is plugged-in and "HDMI Res. "
is set to 720P, 1080I or AUTO.
The disc is dirty.
No disc is inserted.
An unplayable disc is inserted.
The disc is placed upside down.
The disc is not placed within the guide.
A menu is on the TV screen.
The disc is dirty.
The password entered was wrong.
Password was forgotten.
poSSible SolutionS
Check AC cable connection and outlet.
Check cables.
Check speaker connections.
Check "Speaker Settings" menu.
Power-up subwoofer, check Sub's AC outlet
or check connections.
Correct subwoofer level by adjusting "SUB"
button at HTR 6.
Check batteries.
Check IR windows and ensure clear line-of-
sight from remote to VISO TWO.
Reduce sunlight/room lighting.
Power down the VISO TWO via the front
panel Power switch and unplug it from the
AC outlet.
Wait five minutes, re-connect and power up.
Insert a disc.
Select the appropriate video input mode
on the TV so that the picture from the
VISO TWO appears on the TV screen output.
Connect the video cable into the jacks
securely.
Power on the TV.
Unplug HDMI cable connected to rear
panel's HDMI OUT.
At DVD mode and with no disc loaded ("NO
DISC")
1 Press and hold [DISPLAY] button. The lower
line of the VFD will show the current HDMI
resolution setting.
 Use the remote' s [
] keys or toggle
[MEMORY] button to select through
480P/576P, 720P, 1080I, AUTO or OFF.
Select either "480P/576P" or "OFF" to enable
component video out, composite and S-Video
output. Stop at your desired resolution setting
and release [
] keys or [MEMORY] button.
Clean the disc.
Insert a disc
Insert a playable disc (Check the disc type
colour system and Regional code).
Place the disc with the playback side down.
Place the disc correctly inside the guide on
the disc tray.
Press SETUP button of HTR 6 to turn off the
menu screen.
Clean the disc.
Enter the correct password.
Set the VISO TWO to factory default settings.
1 Place the VISO TWO into AM mode.
 Press quickly the three front panel buttons;
[PLAY/PAUSE] then [STOP] then [DISPLAY],
holding the [DISPLAY] button for more than
7 seconds. The VISO TWO will switch itself
off then back on to DVD mode.
Note: Default password is 2580.
