Pressure Relief Procedure

Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever
you see this symbol.
PRESSURIZED FLUID HAZARD
This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury from
pressurized fluid, such as skin injection, splashing
fluid and moving parts, follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure when you stop pumping and before
installing the kits in this manual, cleaning, checking
or servicing the equipment.
NOTE: Always place an empty container under the
prime valves and the ratio check valves before using
them to keep material from dispensing onto the system.
NOTE: There is pressure on each side of both the A and
B dosing valves. Pressure must be relieved on the
pump side and the stack side of the dosing valves.
1. To relieve pressure at the pump, turn off the fluid
automation system air slider valve. See F
