What wireless signal range can I expect with the Receiver?
The Receiver is designed to be used in the same room with the source device. For best
performance, the source device should be placed within 30 feet to the Receiver.
Do I need an existing wireless network to use the Receiver?
No. The Receiver connects directly with the Intel WiDi or Miracast-enabled device, and no
wireless network is needed. However, the source device needs to be connected to an Internet
router or data network to view online content.
How can I upgrade the Receiver's firmware?
You can upgrade the Receiver's firmware wirelessly by using ScreenBeam Configuration
Utility, which is available on Actiontec's website at:
