Troubleshooting

If there is something wrong with the product, please check the following first.
If the problem persists, even after the checkup, then contact the Navien Mate
Customer Support Center in the US (☎ 877-689-1541) for inspection.
※ If the pad, controller, or adapter is worn, damaged, or malfunctions,
then stop using it immediately and contact the Customer Service Center.

1) Make sure that the power cord is connected to the product.
2) Check if electricity is supplied to the electrical outlet (ensure that power
is supplied using a cell phone charger or hair dryer).
3) Make sure that the adapter, controller, and pad are connected.
4) Make sure that the product's power button is pressed.
1) The device has an auto-stop timer that automatically cuts off the power
when 15 hours have elapsed after turning on the power. It is normal for
the power to automatically shut down after 15 hours of running time.
2) Check if a schedule is set.
1) Operate the product by setting the highest level.
2) When using the DC Heated Mattress Pad on the floor, heat loss occurs
if the floor is not heated. So, install a carpet or blanket under the pad.
