Option 3: Handlebar mount
1.
Remove the mount bezel from the function controller, then
fix the supplied handlebar clamp to the back of the function
controller using four supplied screws (shortest ones).
2.
Attach the clamp on the handlebar. Adjust the clamping size
to fit your handlebar then fasten the clamp using the bolt on
the clamp.

Button backlight illumination

The supplied function controller is equipped with button backlights. Connect the illumination wires to make the
backlights work.

Connect the orange wire (labeled ILLUMINATION) of the function controller to the orange wire (labeled
ILLUMINATION) of the amplifier. See the section "Wiring".
When the amplifier is switched on, the button backlights will illuminate blue for Bluetooth mode, and red
for AUX input mode.

Bluetooth streaming

Before you can stream music from your mobile device (e.g. a mobile phone) to the unit, you must pair the unit
with your mobile device through Bluetooth.
1.
Press and hold
Bluetooth mode. Or press briefly
- When the unit is in Bluetooth mode, the button backlights will illuminate blue. The
blue to indicate that the unit is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth then select "Boss Audio MC900B" to pair the unit with your mobile
device. If prompted for password, input "0000" on your mobile device.

Playback control

When the unit connects to your mobile device, you can then play audio files from your mobile device. Music
will be streamed to the unit.
- For best sound performance, set the volume of your mobile device to maximum, then adjust the volume
through volume control on the unit.
- Note: If there is distortion heard, you may need to turn the volume of the mobile device down a level
or two.
/SRC on the function controller to switch on the unit. The unit will automatically switch to
/SRC to select Bluetooth mode.
