Mounting

See the section "Installation Precautions".
Use only installation parts provided with the product.
Before you drill or cut any holes, investigate your vehicle's layout very carefully. Take special care
when you work near the fuel tank, fuel lines, hydraulic lines and electrical wiring.
Make sure there is sufficient air circulation around the intended mounting location.
Mount the power amplifier and function controller where connection cables are not pinched or
damaged by sharp objects or moving parts.
Mounting the amplifier
You can secure the power amplifier in your vehicle using the supplied screws.
1.
Find a suitable location in the vehicle to mount the
amplifier.
2.
Secure the amplifier with four supplied screws (longest
ones) as follows:
a. Use the four screw holes on the amplifier to mark the
mounting holes on the mounting surface.
b. Drill the mounting holes in the mounting surface.
c. Place the amplifier in position, and attach the amplifier
to the mounting surface using the four screws.
Mounting the function controller
You can have three mounting options to mount the function controller in your vehicle.
Option 1: Flash mount
1.
In a vehicle panel, cut a mounting hole (W x H):
3.2" x 1.7" (82 x 43 mm).
2.
Simply fit the supplied mount bezel in the mounting
hole, then fit the function controller in the bezel.
Option 2: Surface mount
1.
In a vehicle panel, cut a small proper hole through which the
function controller cable runs.
2.
Using two supplied flat-head screws, secure the mount bezel on the
vehicle panel through two conical holes in the bezel. Then fit the
function controller in the bezel.
