    2. Remove floor plate by lifting from the finger holds on the front flange. 3. Remove the heat shield bolts (2 - 7/16” bolts) and remove the heat shield by sliding to the left and lifting out. Page 2 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 3 4. Take out the left side wall fire bricks and remove the igniter mount cover plate. 5 Detach the power supply electrical box from the fireplace base by pulling it straight up (it is secured to the base with Velcro). Page 3 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 4 7. Remove and discard the shipping screw (and tag) from the top of the compressor assembly. 8. Place the compressor box on the 4 locating posts shown below on the fireplace base floor as shown. Page 4 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 5 DO NOT REVERSE THE WIRES – Make sure the green/white wires from the compressor attach to the green/white wires from the harness (same for the red/black wires). Page 5 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 6 There is a slot cut into the shield that the hose and wires can be routed through. Right picture shows correct routing of wires and tube from below the firebox looking up. Page 6 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 7 15. Connect the igniter wires to the compressor assembly, orientation does not matter. 16. Replace the heat shield. When replacing the heat shield, make sure this bend goes upwards. Page 7 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 8 17. Replace the side fire bricks using the igniter brick. 18. Install the firebox floor plate (if unit has been burned use a new floor plate gasket) and install floor bricks. Page 8 of 10 17601950 - 11/2/16 © Travis Industries, Inc.
  • Page 9 NOTE: Pay close attention to the orientation of the button to the clip on the board. Orientation matters (see pictures below). Tab slots should be to the sides 20. Install Greenstart cover plate. Page 9 of 10 17601950 - 3/15/19 © Travis Industries, Inc.
