Projectile Motion
Suppose that Jim hit a golf ball with an initial velocity of 150 feet
per second at an angle of
(d) Using a graphing utility, simulate the motion of the golf ball by
simultaneously graphing the equations found in part (a).
Press the MODE button. You should already have PAR
highlighted. Scroll down and highlight SIMUL and press ENTER.

Enter the equations

Set the viewing window as follows as stated on page 696 and press
GRAPH. One interesting feature of the calculator is that you can
pause the actual drawing of the graph by pressing ENTER. Press
ENTER again to resume drawing. Below you can see what the
screen looks like if you do this.
