Dual venturi wiring is disconnected or the dual venturi malfunctions.
The boiler switches to Lock-out mode, performs a continuous post-purge continuously,
and starts the circulation pump.
1. Check that the dual venturi is operating correctly. Run in dual venturi test mode.
2. Check that the wiring harness is connected correctly and the cables are not damaged.
