Purpose Purpose This procedure will prevent possible printer jams in the OPTIC 5 Printer by installing a printer chute insert and rear mounting retainer that holds the insert in place. Tools Required • Keys to open the fuel dispenser as applicable Pre Conditions 1. -

Purpose Installation Procedure 1. Ensure power to the dispenser and power to the OPTIC terminal has been disabled and the dispenser door that the OPTIC terminal is installed in is open as applicable as per section pre conditions section 2. - Page 14 Purpose 4. Use the insertion tool to push the chute insert fully into the printer chute (Into the terminal) until the insertion tool comes to a hard stop against the body of the payment terminal.
