7-3. Some part of air conditioner does not operate.

7-3-1. Only fan does not run.
• Check fan rotation.
Turn fan gently once or twice by
hand.
• Measure resistance of fan motor
winding.
• Check fan motor capacitor.
7-3-2. Auto deflector switch does not work.
• Check that OPERATION SELECTOR
switch is set at either HIGH COOL or
LOW COOL.
NOTE
Auto deflector does not work with the operation selector switch in FAN or OFF position.
Fan cannot
be turned.

foreign matter on
inside.
Fan motor burnout
or foreign matter in
bearings.
• Measure resistance of auto deflector
motor winding.
