Setting Serial Speed
1. Tap the pop up menu next to the Serial Speed Label.
2. Highlight the item from the options.
Data rate is set to 19,200 bps.

Data rate is set to 230,400 bps.
Setting Data/Fax Receiving Mode
1. Tap the pop up menu next to the Data In/ Fax In Label.
2. Highlight the option you prefer.
Off
Choosing OFF enables voice mode only and you cannot receive
data or fax calls.
Data In
Choosing Data In enables data mode. You cannot receive voice calls, if
the data cable kit is attached between your phone and your computer,
and the data communication program is running on your computer.
Fax In
Choosing Fax In enables fax mode. You cannot receive voice calls, if
the data cable kit is attached between your phone and your computer,
and the fax communication program is running on your computer.

Security

1. If you select the main category on the top right part of
the Settings screen, the category list displays.
Tap Security.
2. The Lock Code prompting screen appears.
3. Enter the lock code for the phone. If the Lock Code
you entered is wrong, you can not review the options
in the Security category.
Your initial Lock Code is usually the last four digits of your phone number.
4. If the entered Lock Code is correct, the Security menu displays.
