6.0 ADVANCED ORGANIZER
The section covers advanced Organizer operation. See section 3 for information on the basic tools
and functions.
6.1 SAVE IMAGE INFORMATION
Information on images can be saved. This data
can be viewed in a spreadsheet application such
as Microsoft Excel.
Select the images whose information is to be
recorded and then select the save-information
option from the file menu.
Select the type of information to be included by
clicking on the check boxes next to the item in
the select-information pane.
Click the appropriate radio button to specify the
format of the compiled data.
Click the save button to continue.
In the operating system's save-as dialog box,
specify the location and name of the file. Click
the save button to complete the operation.
The document can be opened in a spreadsheet
application the supports .CSV format files. Check
the application's manual.
