Solutions When the Image Contains Noise or Static

If the projected image seems to contain electronic interference (noise) or static, try the following
solutions:
• Check the cables connecting your computer or video source to the projector. They should be:
• Separated from the power cord to prevent interference
• Securely connected at both ends
• Not connected to an extension cable
• Try decreasing the Sharpness setting in the Image menu.
• Select a computer video resolution and refresh rate that are compatible with the projector.
• If you connected an extension power cable, try projecting without it to see if it caused interference in
the signal.

Solutions When the Image is Flickering

If the projected screen flickers, try the following solutions:
• If the screen flickers only when a video signal is input, try replacing the cable connecting the projector
and video device.
• If Light Output is set to Low (Eco), change this to High and try projecting an image for about two
hours to see if it still flickers.
• Disconnect all the cables connecting the projector and video devices, confirm no signal is being input,
and then reset all the projector settings by enabling the Reset All Config setting in the projector's
Reset menu.
