Cause
There are no pictures
in the current image
storage location.
The card is corrupted
or formatted for
another digital
camera.
USB cable is
connected to the
camera while the
camera is in a dock.
The camera internal
memory is corrupted.
There is no card in the
camera. Pictures were
not copied.
There is not enough
space in the location
you are copying to
(internal memory or
the card).
The card is
write-protected.
Solution
Change image storage location
setting (page 20).
Insert a new card or format the
card (page 22).
Caution: Formatting deletes all
pictures and videos, including
protected files.
Unplug the USB cable from the
camera.
