Solution
Move so there is at least 2 ft
(0.6 m) between camera and subject.
Hold the camera so your hands or other
objects do not cover the light sensor
Decrease Exposure Compensation
(page
18).
To take the best possible pictures, press the
Shutter button halfway and hold. When
the ready light glows green, press the
Shutter button the rest of the way down
to take the picture.
Clean the lens
(page
Move so there is at least 23.6 in. (60 cm)
between the camera and the subject, or at
least 5 in. (13 cm) at Wide in Close-up mode.
Place the camera on a flat, steady surface or
use a tripod.
To take the best possible pictures, press the
Shutter button halfway and hold. When
the ready light glows green, press the
Shutter button the rest of the way down
to take the picture. (If the orange light
blinks, release the Shutter button and
recompose picture.)
Use Close-up mode when subject is 5-28 in.
(13-70 cm) from the lens in Wide Angle;
9-28 in. (22-70 cm) in Telephoto.
