3. Slide the hard drive out of the computer.
 Replacing the Hard Drive

1. Slide the drive into the bay until it is fully seated.
 
2. Replace and tighten the screws.
 
3. If you have installed a replacement hard drive, reinstall the Microsoft® Windows® operating system. For instructions, see "Restoring Your Operating
System" in the Owner's Manual.
 
4. Reinstall drivers on the new hard drive. For instructions, see "Reinstalling Drivers and Utilities" in the Owner's Manual.
