GET STARTED – QUICK GUIDE
This User Manual is intended for the daily use of the tuner. See the Installation Manual for
installation.
Advanced OneRemote circuitry has been added to this tuner, OneRemote DabWiFi6, enabling it to
be part of a remotely controlled Bang & Olufsen system. Complete control is obtained with a Bang
& Olufsen remote control terminal.
• DabWiFi6 is a beocompatible tuner.
• DabWiFi6 may be controlled by any Bang & Olufsen system remote terminal from 1988
and on.
• DabWiFi6 may be also controlled via the free app UNDOK in iPhones, iPods, iPads or in
Android phones and tablets. Using UNDOK the DabWiFi6 can be controlled from all over
the house.
DabWiFi6 may be connected to any
Bang & Olufsen system and controlled
directly by Bang & Olufsen remotes.
When switching on the DabWiFi6 with a Bang
& Olufsen remote the Bang & Olufsen system
is switched on too and the input with the
DabWiFi6 automatically selected.
If the DabWiFi6 is to be used only for
handling DAB+, FM channels or music via
Bluetooth, no further installation is required.
DabWiFi6 is connected to the system input
that is selected by pressing AMEM or ATAPE
on the Bang & Olufsen remote.
If the Bang & Olufsen system has no AMEM or ATAPE operated input available, the DabWiFi6
needs to be connected to a different input socket and reprogramming of the DabWiFi6 is
required accordingly. See the Installation Manual.
• Bang & Olufsen link-systems do not only allow for listening to system sources from the
main room from any connected link room, but also for controlling them remotely. Thus, a
link connected kitchen speaker plays music from the main room. DabWiFi6 may be part
of that system, controlled via WiFi. See the Installation Manual.
