Opening the heat pump
Danger
Contact with 'live' components
can lead to serious injury from
electric current.
■ Never touch the wiring cham-
bers (for heat pump control unit
and power supplies, see
page 19).
■ When working on the appli-
ance, isolate the system from
the power supply, e.g. at a sep-
arate MCB/fuse or a mains iso-
lator. Check the system is no
longer 'live' and safeguard
against reconnection.
Danger
The absence of component
earthing can result in serious
injury from electrical current and
in component damage in the
event of an electrical fault.
Always restore all earth connec-
tions.
Writing reports
Enter all readings taken during the com-
missioning described below into the
reports from page 94 onwards.

Please note
Wait at least 30 min between the
installation and commissioning of
the appliance to prevent equip-
ment damage.
Work on the refrigerant circuit
must only be carried out by a
qualified refrigeration engi-
neer.
1. Remove the front panel in reverse
order: See page 45.
