ALIGN CASES TIGHTEN

JOINING POINTS
Lift end merchandiser to position
and align with D5XLEP parent
merchandisers, mating alignment
pins with corresponding holes.
Carefully lift merchandiser in
position. Do not pull or push
merchandiser. Pulling or pushing
case may damage adjustable legs.
Insert Front Rail Alignment Rod
(Item 4) ( 1 / in. diameter x 6 in.) to
4
bottom alignment rod recess in
lower front rails of parent cases and
push alignment rod through recess
in end case rails. Each end
merchandiser gets one alignment
rod in lower front rail as shown in
Detail A.

IS DIFFERENT FOR OPTIONAL RAIL

LIGHTS
Level end merchandiser, and shim
as necessary.
Insert 5 1 / in. Cap Screws (Item 5)

through 118° Joining Bracket
(Item 6), Neoprene Washer (Item 7)
and D5XLEP cases. Pass cap screws
through D5XELE and insert neo-
prene washer, Metal Washer (Item
8), Lock Washer (Item 9) and Hex
Nut (Item 10) as shown in Detail B.
Loosely tighten screws until cases
touch.
