When installing, operating, or maintaining the PNS, personnel must ensure any electrostatic charge is

For new installations using AC power supplies, the PNS requires an IC695PSA040H or IC695PSA140D (or
higher) revision power supply to ensure compatibility.

Description
When the PNS rejects the configuration of an individual I/O module, that
configuration is not delivered to the I/O module, leaving the module in an un-
configured state. In many modules, this is indicated by the OK Led on the I/O
Module blinking. In addition, I/O point faults will be asserted for that module's I/O.
Correct the configuration of the I/O module and store HWC again.
