TROUBLE SHOOTING for SoundBar
1. The unit does not power on
f
Is the front indicator blinking in blue?
YES
Execute Factory Reset.
Press and hold the "Bluetooth" button, then insert the AC cable and
wait for more than 5 seconds. See
Can the power be turned on?
YES
Can you update the F/W via Network?
See 2. Updating via Network.
Are there any improper connections in
the connectors between each PCB?
YES
Connect the connectors correctly.
(SoundBar)
NO
Insert and unplug the AC cable into the outlet
at intervals of about 5 minutes 2-3 times.
5. Factory Reset.
NO
Execute Software Reset.
Press and hold the "Bluetooth" and "Connect"
buttons for 5 seconds or more.

Can you update the F/W via Network?
See 2. Updating via Network.

Check the voltage

Check the voltage
