• Pause
The Pause function allows active functions
on the cooktop to be suspended, bringing
the cooking power to zero.
Pause activation:
- press (10)
- a will be displayed in (13) and (14).
Pause deactivation:
Note: this operation restores the cooktop
conditions prior to the pause
- press (10)
- within 10 seconds scroll to the right with
your fingers along the Selection bar (3)
which will light up.
Note: if the operation is not performed
within this time, the pause function will
remain active.
Note: if after 10 minutes, the Pause Function
is not deactivated, the cooktop will turn off
automatically.
• Recall
The Recall function allows the cooktop
settings to be recovered in the case of
accidental shut-down.
Recall activation:
- switch the cooktop back on (1) within 6
seconds after shut-down
- press (10) within the next 6 seconds
• Automatic Heat UP
The Automatic Heat UP function allows the
set power to be reached more quickly; with
this function it is possible to cook food faster
without the risk of burning it, insofar as the
temperature does not exceed the set level.
This function is available for the levels of
power 1 -8 .
Activation:
- on the Selection bar (3), press and hold the
desired power
- a will be displayed in (13).
USING THE EXTRACTOR FAN
• Turning on the extractor
- Press (touch) ON/OFF(1) cooktop/extractor.
The indicator light will turn on to indicate
that the cooktop/extractor is ready for use
Note: This function has priority over the
others.
Touch (press) the Selection bar (6) to
activate the extractor fan.
• Extraction speed (power):
- Touch and slide your fingers along the
Selection bar (6):
to the right to increase the extraction speed
(power) (0-4);
to the left to decrease the extraction speed
(power) (4-0);
• Extractor fan timer
Activation/Regulation of the extractor fan Timer
function
- Select the extractor (speed other than 0).
- Press (8a) and (8b) to access the Timer
function (from any speed)
- Set the duration of the Timer:
press the selector (8b) to increase the
automatic switch-off time; press the selector
(8a) to decrease the automatic switch-off
time; the display (15) will show the
countdown,
Note: on the side of the extractor fan
display, when the Timer is in use, the symbol
(19) is displayed
When the timer has completed the
countdown an acoustic signal sounds (for 2
minutes, or stops by pressing any cooktop
key), while the display (15) flashes with the
symbol .
