5 Installation
WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK, FIRE,
EXPLOSION, IMPACT, AND/OR CRUSH
HAZARD. Failure to obey the following
warnings could result in death or serious
injury:
• Make sure there are no obstacles, such as wires
or pipes, inside the RV's wall, roof, or floor before
drilling or cutting into the RV.
• Shut off the gas supply, disconnect the 120 VAC
power from the RV; and disconnect the positive
(+) 12 VDC terminal from the supply battery.
• Do not install the awning without also installing
an ignition/safety interlock system. Otherwise,
accidental operation during transit could occur.
