materials be used while installing the awning.

Carriage bolts must be grade 8.8 minimum and with a head that does not

Allow for sufficient clearance between the awning fabric
and the entry door to accommodate the awning pitch
(slope).

The awning fabric adjusts up to a 15° slope. See
"Adjusting the Fabric Slope" on page 10.
3.3 Awning Dimensions
WARNING: IMPACT OR CRUSH HAZARD.
Locate the mounting bolts behind each shoulder
assembly (lateral arm attachment) to provide proper
support. Otherwise, the awning may become
unstable and could bend or collapse. Failure to
obey this warning could result in death or serious
injury.
