  • Page 4 Cooking modes. Cooking with steam To cook the food with the help of the core temperature, press this button once. Turn the central dial and set the desired core temperature. Press the central dial to confirm your setting. › Once the set cooking cabinet temperature has been reached, you will be prompted to load the unit.
