WATER SOFTENER (SOME MODELS ONLY) The salt reservoir must always be filled with granular salt designed for dishwasher water softening. We do not recommend the use of cooking salt like table salt, rock salt or pellets as they may contain impurities that will damage the water softener. RACKING FEATURES Cutlery basket To reduce the risk of injury, we recommend loading knives and sharp utensils with handles facing up. Mix spoons, knives and forks within each section to stop cutlery nesting together and to ensure the water circulates freely.
