    USING YOUR COOKTOP’S SPECIAL FEATURES Using the PowerBoost feature This feature enables you to sear meat or bring liquid to the boil very quickly. When a cooking zone is set for PowerBoost, it uses more than 100% of the power of that particular cooking zone, resulting in a boost of intense heat.
