1.3.4 Checking the battery status
When you are using the battery power, you can get the battery status and
the remaining power of the battery through the following ways:
1. Double-click the battery icon
taskbar (The battery icon only shows when the computer is using
battery power by the default setting. The battery status window will
pop-up, it shows the battery status and battery remaining power.
Hold the mouse on the battery icon

Windows taskbar (The battery icon only shows when the computer is
using battery power by the default setting.), the Windows will display
the remaining battery power automatically.
When the battery power is low，the system will notify the user by sound
(BIOS and system should be made related setting), a red "×" mark will
appear on the battery icon at the right-bottom of Windows taskbar and a
notice window will pop-up to suggest you to connect to a power source in
order to avoid losing data.
Hint: If the battery icon does not appear at the right-bottom of
Windows taskbar, you can adjust the Windows setting to
display it. Follow the steps below:
Click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance ->
Power Option -> Advanced，select "Always show icon on the taskbar".
Click "OK".
