The "Param String" field allows several different types of input that can be
used to specify the CDN, CompuCALL session number, and the address
mapping relationship between the Agent DN and the Agent positionID
(see below).
Meaning
Dial Plan Directory Number of the
Primary ACD-DN assigned to the
ACD Group.
Dial Plan Directory Number of the
Secondary DN assigned to the
Centrex or Residential line.
Any ASCII character other than digit
character ( 0 – 9 ) indicates it is
either a Primary ACD-DN or a
Secondary DN.
