Icon Display

STATUS DISPLAY ICONS

The LCD on the phone displays icons that provide notification for events,
such as missed calls and voice mail. The icons appear in the topmost display
line, known as the title bar.

Display by the Icon
Feature Description
Indicates the phone is currently registered with
a SIP server.
Indicates the phone is currently not registered
with any SIP servers.
This may indicate a problem connecting to the
SIP server.
Indicates a problem with the phone's
connection to the network. The problem may
be with the network cable or the LAN port the
phone is connected to.
Check for loose connections at both ends of the
network cable used to connect the phone to the
network. Try using another network cable to
connect the phone to the network, or try
connecting to another active LAN port on the

Indicates that a phone call is incoming.
Indicates that the phone is calling the number
dialed.
This icon only displays for numbers monitored
by the system, such as extension numbers.
Indicates the phone is on a call.
Appears when there is a missed call. Once the

Provides notification of incoming voice mail.
Once the user has checked the voice mail, this
