• AF ON : Traces the programme among DAB services and FM RDS stations,
[22].
• AF OFF : Cancels.
• ON : Dims the display illumination.
• OFF : Cancels.
• MUTING 1/ : Select either one which mutes the playback sounds while using a
MUTING 2 cellular phone.
• OFF : Cancels.
• ONCE : Scrolls the track information once.
• AUTO : Repeats scrolling (at 5-second intervals).
• OFF : Cancels. (Holding DISP can scroll the display regardless of the
setting.)
• CHANGER : To use a JVC CD changer, [21], or an Apple iPod/a JVC D. player, [23].
• EXT IN : To use any other external component, [24].
• TAG ON : Shows the tag while playing MP3/WMA/WAV tracks.
• TAG OFF : Cancels.
• LOW PWR : VOL 00 – VOL 30 (Select if the maximum power of each speaker is
less than 50 W to prevent damaging the speaker.)
• HIGH PWR : VOL 00 – VOL 50
• AUTO : Increases the tuner selectivity to reduce interference noises between
adjacent stations. (Stereo effect may be lost.)
• WIDE : Subject to interference noises from adjacent stations, but sound
quality will not be degraded and the stereo effect will remain.
