1. Insert and mount the HP Remote 3D Graphics Software CD,
2. Depending on the processor architecure execute:
a. For Linux IA-32 execute:
R3D_sender_linux_ia32_1.0
b. For Linux Itanium2 execute:
R3D_sender_ipf_ia32_1.0
3. Follow the directions on the screen.
4. Configure the XF86Config file as follows:
a. Edit the file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 (for a system with
an Nvidia Quadro 4 graphics card).
b. Locate the Section "Module" string.
c. Add " Load "hwvnc" " to this section.
Create an HP Remote 3D Sender
Password
After the installation of the HP Remote 3D Sender, a system
wide password must be set to allow the HP Remote 3D Receivers
to connect to the Sender.
