    Vertical Storage The Cybex Hydro Rower can be stored in a vertical, upright position with use of the vertical storage stand specified for this machine and with water in the tank. For safety, store on level ground in a suitable location, such as a corner of a room.

    Provide the model and serial number of your Cybex equipment. At Cybex’s discretion, the technician may request that you return the problem part(s) to Cybex for evaluation and repair or replacement. The technician will assign you a RMA number and will send you an ARS label. The ARS label and the RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package that contains the item(s) to be returned.

    Who Pays Shipping and Insurance for Service If the Product or any warranted part must be returned to a service facility for repairs, Cybex will pay all shipping and insurance charges during the warranty period (within the United States only). The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance charges after the warranty has expired.
