• 1 tspSalt

• 12 oz Andouille or Bratwurst Sausage sliced lengthwise
• ¼ lb. Muenster Cheese
• Creole or German Mustard to taste
• 1 loaf French Bread

begin to wilt. Addcabbage, vinegar,and honey,and then cook forabout 5 minutes.Addsalt to taste and set aside.
