NT Workstation lock (screen lock)

The Logon tab and page are only accessible when you are logged on as the NT
Administrator. The workstation lock is located in the lower part of the Logon page.
Check the box to lock the workstation should the session owner's smart card be
removed. The workstation can be unlocked only by the smart card that locked it.

Using the Secure Folder

By default, your Secure folder is located in
File structure
You can create directories and files within the Secure folder in exactly the same way
as outside the Secure folder, as long as your smart card is present, and you have
entered the correct PIN.
