Removal and Replacement Procedures
3. Remove the PM2.0×8.0 screw 1 that secures the optical
drive to the computer.
4. Insert a thin tool, such as a paper clip 2, into the media tray
release hole. (The optical drive media tray releases from the
optical drive.)
5. Use the media tray frame 3 to slide the optical drive to
the right.
6. Remove the optical drive.
Removing the Optical Drive
Reverse the above procedure to install an optical drive.
