Bending Instructions
90° STUBS
1. Measure the length of the required stub.
2. See the Minimum Stub Length formula on the
Deduct Table. The required stub must be equal to
or longer than the Minimum Stub Length.
3. Measure and mark the stub length on the conduit.
This is Mark 1. Subtract the Deduct from this mark
and make a new mark. This is Mark 2.
4. Align Mark 2 with the front edge of the hook and
bend the conduit.
Notes:
When the operator presses "UNLOAD", the conduit may
spring back a few degrees. Compensate by overbending
as shown in the Scale Reading Table.
The rigid shoe can make a 180 ° bend in one shot.
All other shoes bend to 90 ° maximum.
