Using a flat head screwdriver, remove the fuseholder from the IEC housing. Remove the bad fuse from the fuseholder. Insert the new fuse into the fuseholder. Install the fuseholder in the IEC housing. Package must be clearly labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Products returned without a RMA # will be refused.
