A FEW TIPS IN CASE OF PROBLEMS...
Problems
The appliance does
not work.
The paddle does
not stay in place
The food has not
been cooked
uniformly.
Causes
The appliance is not plugged in
properly.
You have not yet pressed
button

the appliance does not operate.
The appliance is not heating.
The paddle does not turn.
The paddle is not locked.
You have not used the paddle.
The food / chips have not been
cut uniformly.
Solutions
Make sure the appliance is
properly plugged in to a main
power socket.
Press button
but
Close the lid.
Call the customer Helpline

The paddle does not turn at the
beginning of cooking in cooking
modes 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9.
Restart using the manual mode
to check the paddle turns. If it
does not turn, check that it is
inserted in the correct position.

Reposition the paddle until you
hear it «CLICK»
Put it in position.
Cut the food / chips all to the
same size.
