Inserting FOMA card and battery pack

Push the back cover in the direction of the
arrow (1), slide approximately 2 mm (2) and
remove the back cover (3)

Pull out the tray straight (1). Set the FOMA card on the tray with the IC
side turned up (2) and push the tray all the way in (3)

Turn a recycle mark side up, match tabs and
attach the battery pack

Place the back cover as shown in the
illustration, push and slide it to insert

Turn off the power and insert the FOMA card/battery pack while holding the
FOMA terminal with your both hands. Note that excessive force may damage
the FOMA terminal, FOMA card and battery pack.

Open the external

Insert the AC adapter power plug into an outlet
Charge start sound is heard, charging LED
illuminates, and charging starts.

Hold the release buttons (1) and
horizontally remove the connector (2)
when charging is complete
Charge end sound is heard and charging
LED turns off when charging is complete.
Note that excessive force may damage the FOMA terminal and AC adapter.
