CUSTOM PROGRAM

If you have a special combination
of settings that you use frequently,
you can save these settings as a
CUSTOM PROGRAM.
To Save a Custom Program:
1 Turn on the washer and turn the cycle
selector knob to select the desired cycle.
Use the cycle setting buttons to adjust the

settings for that cycle. Set any other desired
options.
Press the cycle option button(s) for the

option you would like to add. A confirmation
message will be shown in the display.

Press and hold the CUSTOM PROGRAM
button for 3 seconds.
NOTE: You may only save one custom program
at a time. Pressing and holding the CUSTOM
PROGRAM button will overwrite any previously
saved custom program.
To Recall a Custom Program:

Turn on the washer.

Press the CUSTOM PROGRAM button.
3 Press the START/PAUSE button to start the
cycle.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

The special function buttons also activate
secondary functions, including CHILD LOCK,
DRUM LIGHT, WASH/RINSE OPTIMIZER™, and
LANGUAGE. Press and hold the button marked
with the secondary function for 3 seconds to
activate.
CHILD LOCk
Use this option to prevent
unwanted use of the washer
or to keep cycle settings from
being changed while the washer
is operating. Press and hold the STAIN CARE
button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the
child lock function.
The child lock indicator will be shown in the display,
and all buttons are disabled except the ON/OFF
button.
NOTE: CHILD LOCK lasts after the end of cycle.
If you want to deactivate this function,
Press and hold the STAIN CARE button
for 3 seconds.
H O W TO U S E
DRUM LIGHT
The drum is equipped with a blue
LED light that illuminates when
the washer is turned on. This light
automatically turns off when the
door is closed and the cycle starts. To turn on the
light during a cycle, press and hold the DELAY
WASH button for 3 seconds. The drum light will
illuminate and then turn off automatically after 4
minutes.
WASH/RINSE OPTIMIzER
This function can adjust washing
& rinsing time efficiently by
checking the level of detergent
and degree of hardness.
Press and hold the EXTRA RINSE button for 3 seconds
to activate or deactivate WASH/RINSE OPTIMIZER™.
1 Excessive detergent amount: rinsing cycle is
increased.
Insufficient detergent amount: washing time
2
is increased.
3 A small amount of remaining detergent
detected, additional rinsing will be added.
LANGUAGE
This option allows you to change
the language shown in the display.
Once set, the selected language
will stay set even after the power is
turned off.
The display language options are English, French,
and Spanish; English is the default language.
To change the language:
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on

the washer.
Press and hold the OPTION button for

3 seconds, until the following screen appears
in the display.

PUSH A RIGHT BUTTON
When OPTION is pushed, English is

displayed as the default language.Press the
FRESH CARE button to select FRANÇAIS
(French) or COLDWASH
(Spanish).
