Reset the Label Printer
Reset your printer's device settings if the printer is not operating correctly.
Reset Device Settings to the Factory Settings Using the Label
Printer Buttons
To reset the printer, do the following:
a
Turn the printer off.

Press and hold the Power ( ) and Cutter ( ) Buttons for about two seconds. The Status LED lights in
orange.

Continue holding down the Power (

Release the Power ( ) Button. The Status LED flashes orange. Then, the Status LED lights in green.
Reset Device Settings Using the Printer Setting Tool
You can also use the Printer Setting Tool from your computer to reset device settings to the factory settings.
