Fault
Floor of the refrigerator

Possible cause
The condensation channels
or condensation drainage
pipe are blocked.
Stopper is missing from
the condensation drainage
pipe.
The standard setting has
been set too high or too low
(e.g. if there is frost
in the "cool-fresh"
compartment).
Appliance opened
frequently.
The ventilation openings
have been covered.
Large quantities of fresh
food are being frozen.
Appliance opened
frequently.
Too much food was placed in
the compartment.
Remedial action
Clean the condensation channels
and the outlet (see "Cleaning the appliance").

Insert stopper.
Press super button on refrigerator
compartment, Fig. "/6, for 3 seconds until
a beep sounds. Temperature display on
refrigerator compartment 8 flickers.
The temperature in the "cool-fresh"
compartment can be set to be 2 steps warmer
and/or colder. If the bargraph is set to 5, the
"cool-fresh" compartment has a temperature
of almost 0 °C.
Setting 3 – coldest setting
Setting 8 – warmest setting
Change the setting using the temperature
setting button on refrigerator compartment 7.
The set temperature is saved after one minute.
Do not open the appliance unnecessarily.
Remove obstacles.
Do not exceed max. freezing capacity.
Do not open the appliance unnecessarily.
Switch on super freezing before inserting
the food.
