General
Problem
Cannot control the TV with the
remote control.
No image display and no sound is
produced.
The TV turns off suddenly.
When connecting to the PC (RGB/
HDMI DVI), 'No Signal' or 'Invalid
Format' is displayed.

The touch pen does not work.
The touch pen works on and off.
Check the remote control sensor on the product and try again.
