USB Device Latency Timer These options specify the latency timings (in PCI clocks) for PCI
devices installed in the PCI expansion slots. The settings are 32, 64, 96, 128,
160, 192, 224, or 248. The Optimal default setting is 248. The Fail-Safe
default setting is 248.

PCI Slot-4 IRQ Preference These options specify the IRQ priority for USB and PCI devices
installed in the PCI expansion slots. The settings are Disabled, Auto, IRQ 5,
IRQ 7, IRQ 9, IRQ10, IRQ11, IRQ 14, or IRQ15. The Optimal and Fail-Safe
default settings are Auto.
