Problem
The contacts in the
contacts list are not
displayed correctly.
The display is in a
language I cannot read.
The phone beeps and/
or
flashes.
I fully charged the
battery, but
–
still flashes or
– the operating time
seems to be shorter.
Noise is heard, sound
cuts in and out.
The phone does not
ring.
Cause/solution
● Only characters supported by this
phone can be displayed.
● Change the display language
(page 54).
● Battery charge is low. Fully charge
the battery (page 7).
● Clean the battery ends ( ,
and the charge contacts with a dry
cloth and charge again.
● It is time to replace the battery
(page 5).
● You are using the phone in an
area with high electrical
interference. Move to a location
away from sources of interference.
● The GSM network signal is weak.
Check the current status and
move to a new location until more
bars are visible (page 8).
● The ringer volume is turned off.
Adjust ringer volume (page 58).
● Night mode is on. Turn it off
(page 32).
