    POLARIZED PLUG This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

    11. Before popping an additional batch remove all unpopped corn from the base. 12. If the measuring cup was used to melt butter or margarine, wash before using to measure kernels. 13. After two batches the unit must be cooled down for at least 10 minutes. If the unit overheats, it will stop automatically and restart after it has cooled down.
