place. Make sure that the card's gold contacts face into the phone and that the upper-left angled corner of
the card is positioned as shown below.
Note: If the card is not inserted correctly, the phone does not detect the SIM card. Remove the battery and
re-orient the card back into the slot.
Replace the battery:

• (1) Slide the battery back into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom of the phone.
• (2) Press the battery down until it clicks into place.
